1. Data controller

Lamusia is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact the controller at hola@lamusia.com.

2. What data we collect, and why

If you email us at hola@lamusia.com: your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message (such as your name, a phone number, or details about your event). We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to prepare your soundtrack.

Through the request form (accessed via a personal link, either sent directly or through a professional partner we work with): contextual details about the event — average age and home country of the guests, type of atmosphere, time of day, desired duration, priority song, the name you'd like to give your playlist, and any extra details you choose to share in free text — and the country you, as the requester, are in, which we use to determine the correct Spotify market for your location. This data is used solely to prepare the soundtrack you requested. The form does not ask for your name or any contact details.

If you are a professional with access to our portal: your email address (which you use to sign in through a link we send you — there are no passwords), your company name, the dates of your sign-ins, the references you write when creating each link — please do not include your clients' personal data in them — and how you use the service (links created and used, and ratings received). We use this to give you access, email you about your playlists and manage billing for the service.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contact by email: your consent, which you give by writing to us on your own initiative.
• Request form: performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship already underway with you — this data is necessary to provide the service you requested.
• Professional portal access: performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship with your company, and our legitimate interest in keeping your account secure (for example, by logging sign-ins).

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. If you write to us by email and the conversation doesn't lead anywhere, we keep your data for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Sign-in links and portal sessions are deleted automatically shortly after they expire.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To provide the service, we use third-party tools that act as data processors: Google (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, to manage emails and the service's database) and Spotify (for the technical creation of the playlist). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to hola@lamusia.com. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. A technical note about this website's typography

This website loads the Fraunces typeface from Google Fonts' servers, which involves a technical transfer of your IP address to Google when the page loads. This is not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices or applicable regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
